AutoRun LWMenu is a control menu that can launch applications, URLs, system commands, etc.
It's not only portable itself, but acts as a portabilizer so the launched apps will become portable too. In fact, it can back up and restore whole registry values/folders/files of the programs it launches (or just use symlinks to run folders/files portably), including a simulator to test everything.

Volumouse allows you to control a several system settings with the scroll wheel of your mouse including volume, screen brightness, window transparency, and more. These can be attached to certain events such as when a specific application is in focus or when the mouse is in a certain position (over the taskbar, on the side of the screen, etc.)

The program also allows you to restrict the wheel action to a set of rules for determining when it can changesettings. You can for example use your right mouse wheel, alt/ctrl key, etc. Volume settings for microphone, speakers, and default recording can be attached to any different combination of these.

The program can edit song tags (album and song name, number, year etc.) based on the FreeDB Internet database and even rename the original songs based on these tags. POP Peeper is an email notifier that alerts you when you have new email on any of your accounts (IMAP [including uploads], POP3 and Webmail, but also RSS with a commercial plugin). Foxit Reader is a fast PDF viewer that includes annotation capabilities, Javascript support, interactive form filler and built-in text converter. The interface includes text reading, two page view, rotation, autoscroll, text view, skins, measuring, text and background color replacement and supports drag-and-drop. Agent Ransack (aka File Locator) Lite looks for files and file contents on your PC or network drives, with filters for dates and size. You can import/export search criteria and export detailed search results.

Vivaldi is a customizable, tabbed web browser based on the same engine as Google Chrome. Its appearance and capabilities can be extended with themes and extensions. PortableApps.com Platform is an all-in-one tool for portable software download, management and updating. An included launcher shows nested folders organized automatically by function or favorite status, as well as a cascading app view on right-click of the tray icon. The program's appearance can be customized with transparency and several color, texture, and background options.

Other tools include a find-as-you-type search functionality, available cloud installation, drive error checker, backup/restore utility, portable fonts, automatic application closing on shutdown and more. The program can also work with portable software outside of the PortableApps format (see Extract instructions).

MiTeC JSON Viewer include simple JSON Editor with JSON validation, support hierarchical and text preview, text searching and Base64 encoding/decoding.

jPortable (formerly Java Portable) allows you to easily add a Java runtime environment to your portable device. It can be used in combination with jPortable Launcher to open Java JAR programs (many with their settings made portable) or used automatically with Java-enabled apps like PortableApps.com versions of LibreOffice and OpenOffice as well as web browsers like Chrome/Chromium, Opera, SeaMonkey and Firefox.

BulkFileChanger allows you to gather a list of files via drag-and-drop, explorer, or wild card searches. Users can then execute a command, change properties (time/date/hidden/read-only etc.), export file list, or copy/move files to another location.

FenrirFS is an application that helps you manage your files with labels. It lets you organize your files by classifying them with colors and stars, and by adding them to your favorites. You can organize multiple files by just dragging them to the labels, or by just typing the label's name. It also lets you preview audio, text and pdf files, check images, and play videos.

FirePasswordViewer recovers login passwords stored by Firefox such as username and password for every website visited by the user. If the user chooses to save their password, FirePasswordViewer can recover these secrets and export them to HTML. If the master password is enabled, the program will require this to open the encrypted information.

Pegasus Mail is an email client that supports multiple POP3/IMAP4 accounts, HTML email, rule-based and Bayesian spam filtering, multiple identities etc. It also includes special support for Novell NetWare.

AutoHotkey is a powerful automation and scripting tool with an option to export to a self-contained executable. Possible uses include assigning the hotkey "Ctrl-Alt-F" to launch Firefox, making abbreviations expand to their full definition as you type them, or saving time by setting the computer to auto-click a confirmation screen.

The program can create entire applications and has been used to create many hosted here on PortableFreeware including 7plus, WallPaper Randomizer, Gridy and many more.
