Otter is a tabbed web-browser with a customisable interface, speed dial, password manager, bookmark manager, mouse gestures, URL completion, spell checking, content blocking, user style sheets and more. The program attempts to re-create the best features of the old Opera browser (Presto engine).

The program is cross-platform with a client available for Linux and uses the WebKit browser engine.

How to extract:
  1. Download the 7z package and extract to a folder of your choice
  2. In the same folder create an empty text file file named arguments.txt and paste the following:

Alternatively, Otter can be started in portable mode by launching otter-browser.exe --portable

Tested the stealth-status: not stealth following instructions.
Creates Registry-Key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KDE, at first start also a QT-Key and a Chromium-Key. The KDE-Key is persistent.
