SnipSVG is a screen capture and graphics editor that uses SVG vector images as its primary format.
SVG images can be used directly in HTML and many other applications. They give you the same sharp quality at all zoom settings, and unlike JPG or PNG images you can always edit all the elements of the image separately.
It contains a wide range of powerful image editing tools like crop screenshots, blur sensitive information, physically resize large photos, add HTML-formatted text.

Librer is a cross-platform GUI file cataloging program with extensive customization options to suit user preferences. Highly optimized for multi-core parallel search speed, data integrity, and repository portability.
The primary purpose of this software is to enable users to catalog their files, especially on removable media such as memory cards and portable drives. It allows user to add metadata, referred to here as custom data, and later search the created records with multiple criteria.
Librer allows you to search files using regular expressions, glob expressions and fuzzy matching on both filenames and custom data. Created data records can be exported and imported to share data with others or for backup purposes.

PhotoDemon is a fast, feature-rich photo editor with rotate, resize, crop, etc. and a variety of color, contrast, filters and other graphics tools. The program also allows adding text, a metadata viewer/editor, on-canvas paint tool, layers, screenshot too, and works with common graphics formats including GIF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, JP2, JXR, PPM, JPEG-XL, WEBP, AVIF, SVG, and many more.
The program will import PDFs, but cannot currently export to the PDF format.
The program also supports macro edition and batch processing.

Hi Zorro. PhotoDemon developer here. PD shouldn't have any new dependencies between v7 and v8. (In fact, its system dependencies haven't really changed since the Windows XP era!)

Hi PhotoDemon ;-) - just wanted to send you a screenshot of the message appearing when I try to start the program... but PhotoDemon updated itsself and now the problem is gone. Means version 8.2 is working like a charm (and like old version 7.0) on my machine. Thanks for so much backwards-compatibility!

HashMyFiles is a small utility that allows you to generate unique file identifiers (hashes) using a variety of popular checks. These can help determine if a file has been modified or corrupted, as well as help determine the file's reputation by submitting to the VirusTotal database for malware analysis.
Formats supported range form fast to secure with CRC32, MD5, SHA1/-256/-512/-384. The various hashing information can be saved to a report (text/HTML/XML/CSV/TSV) that includes name, path, dates, file size, version and other info.

Blows my mind how stagnate NirSoft's programs become, HashMyFiles still doesn't have a way to "Delete files to Recycle Bin" or similar. And all his programs are still plagued with DPI/multi-monitor issues years after reporting about them.
