FileASSASSIN (which webpage is archived) can unlock and optionally delete files on your system created either by system permissions or malware. The program uses advanced techniques to unload modules, close remote handles, and terminate processes to allow the removal of the file.

hey i just used this program on 32 bit vista and it works great got rid of the file and also only took a few seconds amazing

Very often Windows has a file you inexplicably can't delete. Its not being used -- you've even restarted the machine. It only happens once every month or two for me but its annoying enough that I'm very glad to have this program to handle it.

This program is real small and simple, and is perfect to whack those darn stubborn exe's that just won't DIE!
