Just downloaded what Portable Freeware says is version 2.0.1. File properties shows version 1.5.0.0. Running program shows version 2.0.2 Product site does not appear to give any version information.

AndTheWolf: You're correct that the file self-identifies as 1.5.0.0, but the program lists the 2.0.1 version number at the top of the window. Since the developer is active here in the forums, I'm going to assume we've got the right version and the file id bit wasn't intentional.

Very impressed by this program so far. Keep everything copied in one place and get details, thumbnails/preview about the copied file (or URL) so you can get context that you don't necessarily have with other copy managers. |

Who cares for all the glitter effects that can hog memory. It's real use is to organize screen clutter which it does very well. The biggest feature for me is having multiple desktops with different icons and wallpaper, screensavers, etc. Of course that's just one of many features available. Simply put one of the best virtual desktop managers around. My only complaint is that it requires admin rights. |

I had searched for it at OldApps.com, etc. obviously without any success, and even sent an e-mail to the software developers but rushed here fearing that this certain version might be erased from the virtual space quickly (that's how paranoid I am :) |

StrokesPlus is a a mouse gesture recognition program that allows you to automate repetitive tasks by simply drawing a symbol with your mouse or performing mouse and/or keyboard modifiers to launch predefined action(s). I'd like to note that for Windows Vista+, if you extract the signed version of S+ to a folder under Program Files and manually install the StrokesPlus.cer certificate into Trusted Root Certification Authorities, S+ can be run without administrative privileges and still interact with programs which are running with administrative privileges as well as interact with Windows 8 screens (Start screen, task switcher, etc.). |
