urgent: sunsetscreen now includes some bitcoin miner to process resources while idle. Do NOT upgrade your version from onwards of 1.28 if you want to avoid this junk.

job_toss, thank you! That worked perfectly.

The author was pretty non-responsive. He emailed me like 1-2 months after my initial wishlist/suggestions and shot down every one. -__- I wish he had just told me that when I asked about this problem.

"If you start the program manually (or via CLI) and you want it to hide in the tray, add the "/hidewindow" parameter."

wish it had an option to minimize to tray on startup. very annoying to have to close it everytime :(

stisev: I actually prefer it to F.lux.  I'm posted my wishlist in forums, feel free to add yours or just link to the ghacks post.

Glad to have an alternative to F.lux, but this is nowhere near it yet. I am hoping author listens to the advice I posted in Ghacks :)
