WebCookiesSniffer captures all cookies sent to and from the Web server, displaying them in a simple table. The upper pane displays the cookie string and the Web site/host name that sent/received it. When selecting a cookie in the upper pane, the program parses the information in name-value format in the lower pane.
The program is browser-independent, using a packet sniffer to gather data.

SmartSniff is a network analysis/diagnostic tool that allows you to capture TCP/IP packets that pass through your network adapter. You can view the captured data as sequence of conversations between clients and servers in ASCII mode (for text-based protocols, like HTTP, SMTP, POP3 and FTP) or as hex dump (for non text-based protocols, like DNS).
On Win2K or above, SmartSniff is able to capture TCP/IP packets using raw sockets. This method has some limitations and problems, but it does not require any additional installation. A better way to capture TCP/IP packets is to install the open-source WinPcap capture driver, functional on Windows 98 and later.

DNS Benchmark can help speed up internet service through the analysis of multiple Domain Name System servers. The graphical analysis can help you avoid slow and overloaded servers. Users who may have an especially bad DNS problem will see a noticeably slow reaction after typing in a www.whatever.com address and the website appearing.
Since Google's DNS and the OpenDNS services may or may not be a good option, this tool can help you determine that clearly.
Functional in WINE.
Note that this program does not have the ability to modify your DNS. Users must modify system settings or use a tool like QuickSetDNS.

The incoming and outgoing traffic is represented on a line chart and logged to a file, so that you can always view statistics about your daily, weekly and monthly bandwidth usage and dialup duration. DownTester tests your Internet download speed by connecting and downloading from multiple locations. It will sequentially test the download speed of URLs that you choose, going to the next after specified number of seconds has been elapsed or after it downloads the specified amount of KB according to your preferences.
DownTester can also do a more limited test the download speed of your local network (for example: \\MyComp\myfile.zip). Because the program uses the number of bytes read from the file, instead of counting the number of bytes transferred over the network, this may not be an accurate speed test. A slow connection may be caused by computers on your network and not your network hardware.
