FolderTimeUpdate scans all files and folders under the base folder you choose and updates the 'Modified Time' of every folder according the latest modified time of the files stored in it.
This tool might be useful if, for example, you backup a cluster of folders and then restore them into another disk, but the backup program doesn't restore the original modified time of the folders.

Useful tool for updating folder dates according to the dates of the files within them. Extremely fast processing, making it especially useful for multilevel directories with a large number of folders. |
MultiClipBoardSlots allows you to extend the Clipboard for up to 10 clipboard storage slots to easily insert text, images and other objects between the programs via freely selectable Windows shortcut. The program doesn't lose the contents of the Clipboard Slots because the default Clipboard will be overwritten by other programs.
The keyboard shortcuts for the Clipboard Memory Slots are predefined, but always can be individually adjusted.

Sorry but this is not for me, though I like some other titles from this designer.

I concur with Ennovy, I have no use for this tool either, I have tested most of the utilities by SoftwareOK and I like and use many of them, MultiClipBoardSlots is the first one I find to be rather awkward.

Easy to use and works good - just drag and drop over the window or dialog box. Seems more reliable and lite weight compared to similar apps. |

v. 11.0 implements directly opening a Windows app (previously, "metro" app). Still a simple, efficient tool.

The default set of keys and files should ensure that nothing gets run at startup without your knowledge and important boot up files don't get changed behind your back, but you can configure it to suit your own needs. This software protects and monitors changes to your registry and system files on Windows. It has saved me lots of time and effort with foistware and other unwanted system changes made by certain programs. It offers a registry backup facility which backs up your entire registry every 28 days and retains the last 15 copies. This has also saved me when I rather over-zealously tried to remove GotoMyPC from my computer. In terms of resource usage and intrusiveness, you will barely notice it's there, especially once you have exempted certain alerts from coming up after your initial deployment. Excellent and well recommended. |

Having the entire UI refresh upon selecting a new note/wiki was a deal breaker for me. |
ESEDatabaseView reads and displays the data stored inside a database used by a variety of Microsoft programs known as Extensible Storage Engine (ESE) database (aka Jet Blue or a .edb file). It displays a list of all tables available in the opened database file, allows you to choose the desired table to view, and then when you choose a table, it displays all records found in the selected table.
The program also allows you to easily choose one or more records, and then export them into a variety of formats including CSV, HTML and XML, or copy and then paste them into a spreadsheet program.

Well that sure clears that up lol, but really like many apps a user has a need and finds a solution that works for them and then passes along their work for others to freely use. In my mind that's the way its supposed to be. |
