Is that a legitimate download site :
I get the following warning msg in Crome:
"The site ahead contains harmful programs

Attackers on www.mitec.cz might attempt to trick you into installing programs that harm your browsing experience (for example, by changing your homepage or showing extra ads on sites you visit)."

Same problem with Firefox : the site is blocked and it was impossible to directly download this software that i use for a while.
But you could download it, going on the web site at this link http://www.mitec.cz/tmx.html, and by clicking on button up and right on this page.

Sorry, but I forgot to precise you have to use Internet Explorer to download this software on the site Mitec, and not an another browser.

@ __philippe: Thanks ... and updated ;)

__philippe on 2016-07-29 13:17

Annoyingly, SysInternals' powers-that-be no longer deem worth their while to provide a changelog of their recent releases.

Current cases in point: ProcessMonitor v3.30, AutoRuns v13.62,

Sloppy version control management, if you ask me...:-(

On a positive point, they resumed adjusting correctly the internal PE tags version numbering of their updated utilities, which proved rather baffling for a while

(see smaragdus' related post:
http://www.portablefreeware.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=82073#p82073

Regrettably, some of SysInternals' recently updated tools now fail to run under WinXP......:-(
(e.g. Procmon v3.30 fails under winXP, despite the "Process Monitor runs on Windows XP SP2"
plain statement found in the Procmon.chm HTML help file)

Cases in point:
ProcessMonitor fails as of v3.30 (blue screen crash, last XP working version v3.20)
SigCheck fails as of v2.40 (last XP working version v2.30)

@ __philippe do you know is there gonna be any effort made to correct this? I'm kinda surprised cuz I have always thought of SysInternals as being a first rate top notch entity, but they are not showing that in this case.Even if the changelogs are only interesting or necessary to a few people in my opinion that reason enough to continue with accurate data.

@__philippe
Thanks for the useful article you provided. In fact I use both Process Hacker and System Explorer and I wonder which one I like more, both are exactly to my taste.

ProcessExplorer v16.20 released 18-NOV-2016

Annoyingly, SysInternals's powers-that-be are lapsing again into releasing utilities updates without bothering to provide some kind, any kind of timely changelog...:-(

Mercifully, this new release is still running happily under good ole Win XP, official disclaimer to the contrary notwithstanding...;-)

DTaskManager adds additional features above Windows' native Task Manager including batch termination and control over even protected system processes. The program can suspend and reactivate processes (useful for effectively "pausing" a program without closing) as well as automatically managing process priority. When ending a program, three different ways are avaialble to kill a processes, including End, Quit, Kill, and Kill Process Override for even increasingly stubborn programs.

Note: To save settings check "Save on exit" under the "Options" menu.

Anytime I try to view Ports is causes the program to close, every single time. I'm using Windows 10 Home x64 so that may be the problem. Wish it would work so I could monitor the ports on occasion but maybe can be fixed in the future. :)
