LWBlat is a utility email sender using SMTP or NNTP for posting to newsgroups with a friendly interface. The program is a front-end for the Blat console utility. Also, as modern public SMTP servers require SSL and OAuth which Blat doesn't support, this utility includes a simulator mode to test various settings and see how a message would have been received had it used them.
Alternatively, LWBlat GUI Portable is in PortableApps.com Format and automatically adjusts paths and Blat's own registry settings (if used).

I registered just to comment this. Should one use tftpd instead? The term is searchable though it seems very generic, in case this URL isn't allowed: https://pjo2.github.io/tftpd64/ |

NOTE: This program has mostly been replaced by PDF-XChange Editor (also portable), which is actively updated and contains additional features.
---
PDF-XChange Viewer is a feature-rich program that displays multiple PDF documents within a tabbed interface. Edit features include the ability to rotate documents, add comments/annotations to any PDF file, apply custom stamps from any image/PDF file/Windows clipboard, mark-up pages with text and objects, and type directly on any PDF page in "Typewriter" mode.
The program supports exporting to BMP/JPEG/TIFF/PNG etc., or extracting text from a PDF page/file. Additional features include capturing the document with the snapshot tool (copies an area to clipboard), measuring tools for distance, area and perimeter, and more. A recommended picture-to-text OCR plugin is available (thanks Bruce) as is a PDF help file.
Reported as functional on Mac/Linux under WINE. Alternatively, PDF-XChange Viewer Portable adjusts paths, with an OCR plugin and help file available from the website as separate downloads.
For 64-bit, see forum post

Was debugging my wifi connection and tried to use this on Windows 10. Windows Defender really doesn't like this tool. I know we can trust Nir though. |
PCI-Z is designed for detecting unknown hardware on your Windows based PC. It will help you determine vendor, device and certain details about device even if you don't have drivers installed. Software uses The PCI ID Repository, a public repository of all known ID's used in PCI devices: ID's of vendors, devices, subsystems and device classes. It is used in various programs (e.g. The PCI Utilities) to display full human-readable names instead of cryptic numeric codes.
You can find drivers for your operating system without a problem! Find drivers for your WiFi cards, audio cards, network cards or any other PCI peripheral.
