Ganamyde: recommend posting that to forums (I just added an official forum thread to the entry). Also, I'd include which version of Windows you're using. |
gPodder is an easy-to-use podcatcher, able to subscribe to free audio and video content ("podcasts") and watch them on your computer or on the go. Features iPod, MP3 player, and mobile phone support, as well as downloading RSS, Atom, XSPF, YouTube and Soundcloud feeds. Integrates with my.gpodder.org Web Service.
gPodder Portable is a PortableApps.com Format package that includes minimal versions of Python and PyGTK+ with a portable wrapper.
Upgrade note: gPodder 3.x can not read or import settings from gPodder 2.x, so any subscriptions should be exported before upgrading. PortableApps.com has instructions. Alternatively, gPodder 2.20 is the last version that was portable on its own if you apply a patch to the Python code.

Woops, I see that changing it in the config file does not actually work, even after restarting the program.

PortableApps hosts v2.20, the official website v3.0.1. Is there a reason for this great discrepancy?

ExifToolGUI is a tool for viewing/editing metadata inside a long list of file types including document, audio, video, image, PDF, and more. For images, the program can both edit and create metadata information such as camera/device used, settings used on the device, and even location the picture was taken if the camera has GPS capability. The program also supports IPTC and XMP tags, has batch capability, and import/export all tags.
The program is a front-end for the cross-platform ExifTool. It extracts the content of ExifTool.exe to a temp folder under the user's folder, along with thumbs, if enabled.

MPH (Media Player Hotkeys) allows you to control many popular media players from one set of global hotkeys. Since different players all have different shortcuts, MPH only requires you remember one set of controls. Includes support for lesser-used and "media" buttons on your keyboard and allows a variety of functions including Play, Pause, PlayPause, Stop, Next, Previous, Volume Up, Volume Down, Volume Mute and Show Popup Menu.
These applications are fully or partially supported: 1×1, AIMP, AIMP3, ALPlayer, ALSong, Billy, CoolPlayer, Foobar2000 WA, Foobar2000, KMPlayer, Light Alloy, Media Player Classic, PotPlayer, Quintessential Media Player, Screamer Radio, STP, Spider Player, Spotify, Trout, VLC, Winamp, and Windows Media Player.
