Sizer is a freeware utility that allows you to resize any window to an exact, predefined size. This is extremely useful when designing web pages, as it allows you to see how the page will look when viewed at a smaller size. The utility is also handy when compiling screen-shots for documentation, using Sizer allows you to easily maintain the same window size across screen grabs.

Sizer 4.0 has been completely rewritten to improve compatibility with modern applications including Windows 10 Apps. Sizer 4.0 is less intrusive than previous versions and therefore is more stable. Unfortunately this increased stability comes at a small price, some infrequently used features have been removed as a result.

FreeVimager is a fast media viewer and image editor with full screen and multi-monitor support. Includes various image modification tools (lossless rotate and crop, resize, brightness, contrast, sharpen) and analysis tools. Includes batch processing and CD/DVD slideshow creation, as well as a random setting. Touch screen gesture support for zoom in/out and for next/previous picture.

Sigil is a tabbed editor for the EPUB format commonly used in eBooks. The program includes basic formatting, customizable fonts and styles, hotkeys and spellcheck. You can generate a table of contents, embed files (audio, video, or other), edit/add metadata, rearrange or split pages, add vector (SVG) images and available "clips" for frequently entered text.

As the format is based on simple HTML, the program includes a WYSIWYG-style book vs. code view, the ability to modify cascading style sheets and additional functionality via plugins. The program can even shrink some eBooks by discarding unused media elements.

Cross-platform with clients for Linux, Mac and supports many languages. Sigil Portable is a wrapper version of the program and an outdated X-Sigil is also available.

iDailyDiary Free is a program tailored for taking daily notes, creating a journal, putting your thoughts into writing etc. The documents you create are encrypted and require a password to access. The built-in editor supports graphics, hypertext links and links to other diary pages. iDailyDiary is fully searchable so you can track down important dates and reminders. You can also export your diary to HTML web pages.

A "pro" version is available with additional features including spell checker, thesaurus, topics (group related entries), themes support (50+ themes included), tables, etc.

FBCacheView scans the cache of browsers on your system, listing all images displayed from viewed Facebook and Instagram pages. This includes profile pictures, images uploaded to Facebook, Instagram and images taken from other Web sites. For every Facebook and Instagram image, you can view the URL, Web browser that was used to visit the page, image type, date/time of the image, visit time, image file size and external URL (for images taken from another Web site).

Note: FBCacheView won't work if you configure your Web browser to clear the cache after closing it. Works with Internet Explorer, Mozilla-based Web browsers and Chrome-based Web browsers (excluding Opera).

PDFArranger is an editor program to merge, split, rotate, crop, rearrange, duplicate and interleave pages. The program supports drag-and-drop insert of other PDF files, auto-crop whitespace, rotation of individual or any combination of pages, scale size (e.g. tabloid to letter size), and more.

The program can print "restricted" PDFs, split pages, export components of the PDF to separate files, or import standard images into a PDF document.

PDFsam Basic lets you split, merge, and extract pages, as well as rotate and mix PDF files. Input files can be merged completely or partially, and a page selection can be set in the form of comma-separated page intervals (eg. 1-10, 14, 25-), letting you specify what pages you want to merge.

Generated PDFs can include a table of contents at the start of the file. A list of clickable entries will let you easily navigate through the merged files.

Versions for Mac and Linux also available, as well as a commercial version with additional features.
