Image Uploader is a feature-rich tool for file upload (images and otherwise), link shortening, screen capture / annotation and extracting video frames. The program enables the quick upload of various files to many different hosting services without using their respective website interface via drag-and-drop, clipboard uploads, or those taken from the included screenshot tool.
Screenshots can be annotated on the screen while highlighted and the program can do full screen, active window, freehand, selected, area etc. as well as extract frames from video files. Includes batch uploads, hotkeys, watermarks, image text and more.

Although it's an image uploader with a lot of capability, I was actually most impressed by the included screen capture system. The super easy annotation and batch uploads may completely change how I do screen captures.

gPodder is an easy-to-use podcatcher, able to subscribe to free audio and video content ("podcasts") to open on your computer or on the go. The program can batch download all recent podcasts (often as many as 30 episodes). Features synchronization with a variety of devices including iPod, MP3 players, and mobile phone support. Works with RSS, Atom, XSPF, Vimeo, YouTube, Apple and Soundcloud feeds.
gPodder is cross platform (Mac/Linux) and gPodder Portable is a portable wrapper for the program. Includes optional integration the with my.gpodder.org Web Service. Alternatively, a non-PortableApps version is also available from the gPodder home page.

VideoCacheView automatically scans the entire cache of Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge, Mozilla-based Web browsers, Opera, Chrome-based Web browsers and finds all cached media files. It allows you to easily copy the cached audio and video files into another folder for playing/watching them in the future. For video, if you have a player that is configured to play FLV files, it also allows you to play the video directly from your browser's cache.

CDBurnerXP burns CDs and DVDs, including Blu-Ray and HD-DVDs. The program can create and burn bootable ISOs as well as burn standard format playable CDs. The program also includes a BIN/NRG to ISO converter, simple cover printing and post-burn verification. Hey, if you all use the installer, be careful! It has some very subtle "other" stuff bundled in there. Make sure you read every panel. "Other" stuff includes "Search Protect" and "Trovi Search" which changes your search pages and home pages. PUSH SKIP. There is another one that tries to install (but I can't get it to do it after cancelling the installation once) and you have to push "disagree" in order not to install it. |
