Alt Commander is a dual-pane file manager that includes a built-in FTP client, internal packer/unpacker for ZIP, interval viewer (for JPEG, GIF, BMP, DIB, PNG, WMF, EMF, TGA, ICO, CUR, ANI), batch rename tool, image converter, etc.

muCommander is a Java-based skinnable, tabbed file manager with a dual-pane interface. The tool connects to a many online services such as FTP, SFTP, SMB, HTTP, Amazon S3, Bonjour, HDFS (Hadoop), NFS and more. Jpg+FileBinder is able to hide files in a picture file by merging one of three compressed file types (.zip, .rar, .7z) with an ordinary JPEG image file. This basic steganography makes the compressed file look like any other JPEG image file to the operating system and any image viewer. Meanwhile, if users try to open the file using WinRAR or 7-Zip, the compressed files will appear.

This may be used as a camouflage for information or to help transfer non-image format files through image hosting-only services. Note that this program does not include encryption by default and only joins image files and archive files. To enable security, use password-protection provided by your compression program.

Opera is a fast and secure web browser with tabbed, customizable interface. Features integrated searches, themes, device sync, mouse gestures, and built-in ad blocking. Also available is a service that includes a bookmarks and password sync along with an "off-road" mode that uses server-side compression to speed up browsing especially for low speed internet connections (account signup required). A variety of add-ons are available to extend functionality.

Based on Google Chrome, the program is available for Mac, Linux, Android and a variety of mobile phones and tablets. Opera v12 (Presto) is also available and includes many features not present in the newer version.
