ExperienceIndexOK is a small program to read and show your Windows Experience Index or to start a new calculation of the performance index. This index "measures the capability of your computer's hardware and software configuration" (###0###source###1###).

The program is primarily written for Windows 8.1 and 10 because the performance index is still calculated but no longer displayed in the System.

Experience Index is visually inspired by the representation on Windows 7.

Qmmp (Qt-based MultiMedia Player) is a feature-rich player with support for most popular audio formats, global hot-keys, and various included sound enhancements. The program uses the familiar 3-window structure with spectrum analyzer, a 10-band equalizer, and playlist similar to Winamp.

The program includes tremendous skin support, including thousands from Winamp and the XMMS project.

Supports format conversion, visualization, lyrics, cover art, CUE sheets, tray control, CDDB and ReplayGain support, removable device detection and more. Also supported is a variety of plugins for stereo correction, crossfade, stereo-to-mono, etc.

Nice little player. The website has a page with plugins, but it's slightly misleading. The "Qmmp Plugin Pack" download directs to the player itself, and the others require building from source/installed dependencies.

@Realist, I believe the more we have the better they will all get or they go away, after all competition makes the world go round. I would agree if all are the exact same then it is a waste, but coders usually try and add something more useful that the last version doesn't have. Just my thoughts. :)

Clibor is a feature-rich, customisable, and easy-to-use clipboard manager. It supports "set phrases" (possible to sort into groups and add memos) and changing of the format of the content within the clipboard history (regular expression of find and replace text, aligning similar pattern etc). The program offers different copy/paste modes (FIFO/LIFO), shortcut keys, incremental search, encryption (using a startup password), selection of multiple items, backup/restore and more.

The program can store up to 10,000 clipboard items.

paint.net is an image and photo editing software with support for layers, unlimited undo, image effects and a tabbed thumbnail interface. The program includes a variety of paint bushes and selection tools as well as image filters such as sharpening, red-eye removal, distortion, noise etc.

The website reports: NOTE for Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and 32-bit/x86 users: Paint.NET v4.3.x will be the last release(s) that work on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, or on any 32-bit/x86 version of Windows(........)Starting with Paint.NET v4.4, only Windows 10 and 11+ will be supported, and only on 64-bit (x64 and ARM64). Updates for 4.3.x will be released on an as-needed basis until v4.4 is completed.
