Snipaste is an easy screen capture and image edition program, with the ability to detect windows and menus and supporting pixel-level control. Both captured images and various clipboard content can be pasted as a floating window to the desktop. Images can be moved, organized into groups, saved to file, as well as basic editions like addendums, rotation, zoom, translucence etc.

The program can also grab colors, supports themes and includes multi-screen support. The default keys (which can be customized) are F1 for Snip and F3 for Paste.

Greenshot is a lightweight screenshot software tool focused on speed, basic annotation and ease of export. The program includes an image editor, ability to output to file, printer, clipboard, e-mail, Office programs, as well as upload to photo sites like Imgur, Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa or others. Includes a variety of customizations, scrolling (full page captures), auto crop, ability to use external editors and more.

Functional in 64-bit. A PortableApps-formatted version distributed by the author is also available.

Purrint is a screen capture tool (desktop or current window), that reduces the many steps involved in saving images from the PrintScreen button. Options include save to file, print to printer, or copy to clipboard.

Postimage is a screenshot program focused on ease of use. After the capture, the image can be saved or shared online directly. The program can also send to the system clipboard the URL of a shared screenshot, so you can paste it into your editor of choice.

Screeny is a fast, simple, minimalist screen capture software. To save a screenshot of your desktop quickly: 1. Run Screeny; 2. Press Enter three times. To crop, simply left-click-drag an area in the preview; to pixelate an area of the shot you want to keep private, right-click-drag that area in the preview.

Snapshoter is a small productivity tool that includes image and video capture program, clipboard manager, image composer, and a post-it note functions. The program can also make image edits with layers, scale, rotate, borders, contrast, add transparency, and use text or arrows. It can also add watermarks or create collages.

Supports skins, Dropbox, and saves to JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF or ILBM image formats.

Cross-platform with support for Mac, AmigaO/AROS, and MorphOS.

Chronolapse is a tool for creating time lapses on windows using screen captures, webcam captures, or both at the same time. CL also provides some rudimentary tools for annotating your time lapse, as well as creating a picture-in-picture effect with two sets of images. Each piece of Chronolapse functionality has been created to work stand-alone to make the program more versatile. For example, you can easily capture with another program and create a PIP in Chronolapse, or capture with Chronolapse and annotate somewhere else.

SiteShoter is a small utility that allows you to save a screenshot of any Web page into a file. It automatically creates hidden window of Internet Explorer, loads the desired Web page, and than save the entire content of the Web page into an image file (PNG, JPG, TIFF, BMP or GIF). Includes a command-line interface mode.

7capture is a fast and easy high-quality screen capture software that allows the capture of windows' rounded corners and transparent backgrounds that have increased in popularity since Windows XP. It also enables export to semi-transparent PNG, JPEG, GIF or BMP image.
