I prefer TreeSize Free - it's fast, presents all the information you need and you can even filter your search results.

It also scans network attached storage and network shares. Perfect solution for me.

Love it!
Wolfghost use a better antivirus. The file is totally safe. I used viru*total dot com to scan it online and 50+ antivirus tools reported it CLEAN...so it seems yours is the one that needs fixing.
v3.4.0.0
Double check that, please! And check the forum entry.

F-Secure Deep Guard has blocked a malicious program on your computer (foldersize.exe)

Mike: SpaceMonger is way slower and on top of that does not provide accurate results.
v2.8.0.0
Entry updated. It writes the log file to the application folder (thanks Joe). However, it seems to call home at the application startup and I could not figure out how to disable this behaviour (anyone?). Also, it does not display the correct dates in the "Created", 'Modified" and "Accessed" columns.
V1.9.5.0
Not a bad program but SpaceMonger is way faster.

I discarded in the first minute. When you double-click on C, there pops a "Do you want to scan c?" what is a most idiot question in this situation. Does not allow to scan one folder in the start.
The bar chat show only 6 bars and one called "others". When doble click in this others, nothing happens.
So, just remove the "software" and keep the "Liteware/Adware"
