@webfork:

Don't forget to edit also KeePass Classic entry.

Mixture on 2017-01-09 18:36

Great! Now that a new and native encryption algorithm, ChaCha20, and a new password hash, Argon2, has been added in version 2.35, I changed my database settings to include the new high security features. Now, if only someone will add more native high security features to KeePass 2.xx.

webfork on 2017-01-24 01:13

@Mixture - Although ChaCha20 is listed in the release notes as an encryption algorythm, I think this is actually a random number generator. While that's part of good crypto and the program is probably more secure as a result, I wouldn't describe the 2.xx series as insecure.

They have .Net apps here (eg. SyMenu) but, despite being much better featured than KeePass v1.x, they won't have KeePass v2.x here because it's .Net.
WTF?

Midas on 2016-10-19 11:43

@Orca: TPFC is an entirely volunteer site; what you describe is the result of past policy that has since been changed. Feel free to submit a KeePass 2 entry. Or post in the forums calling attention from the moderator team.

Orca on 2016-10-19 14:07

@Midas: submitted to private DB.

File won't download - says file doesn't exist

Onesimus Prime on 2008-12-11 07:31

This seems to be the current download page:
http://www.zeraha.org/file.43.html
I don't know if it changes by version number or what...

Oh, and that download is a .rar file, meant for USB drives, so you shouldn't have to do the whole UniExtract thing.

BGM on 2013-06-28 14:34

I had a problem with this application whereby when you first encrypt your database, if you happen to have a backup of the database, that backup does not get encrypted. It is an oversight, in my opinion. To solve it, you should delete any backups previous to encrypting (setting a password) on the database.

Both download links don't work because they're missing a 3 after the 6. Here are the corrected links.

64-bit: https://github.com/downloads/zdia/gorilla/gorilla15363_64.exe

Any chance someone is working on an Offline app for ChromeOS? Been using Password Gorilla for years and appreciate the development community for the open source and cross-platform work so far. A big thank you!
