I still use & really like this program now using Windoze 10. I'm anal about my Desktop icons arrangement, and this program makes it so easy to line them up just as I want. Thanks to the maker for a program that I have used for a very long time across many different operating systems. Has always been flawless for me :)

It would be even better if DesktopOK didn't force an icon rearrangement with every resolution change -- in my laptop, a lot of those are temporary, resulting from user logon or the machine coming out of sleep state before, rerouting graphics to my higher resolution external screen. After some time it's galling to have to restore icon arrangement after every such hiccup. I've gone through all settings several times but up to now have been unable to disable this behavior.

QiPress is a monitor for the system keyboard and mouse, describing activity in a small, semi-transparent black box in the corner of your screen. Ideal for presentations, screencasts and program how-tos, the program can also behave as a diagnosis tool for keyboard problems, describe unlabeled keys, or provide feedback show when an application is ignoring input.
Settings are available to ignore key-sets to exclude for example mouse or keypad activity, as well as window color, transparency, fade-out and more.
A pro version of the program is available for commercial use, and has the same feature-set.

Lintalist is a context-sensitive text expander with abbreviations, shortcuts, plugins, and scripts. It allows you to store and (incrementally) search and edit texts in bundles and paste a selected text in your active program. Entered text can be interactive, such as automatically inserting the current time and date, requesting (basic) user input, or making a selection from a list, as well as running a script.
The program supports keyboard shortcuts or abbreviations to paste the text (or run a script) without opening the search window, and allows images and formatted text, including HTML, markdown, and RTF.
A 64-bit version is also available. Written in AutoHotkey

I agree with TP109 that this program just works. Currently I have close to a thousand snippets that average 25 lines and the program still runs smoothly.

Doesn't work unless I'm missing something. Change any setting, restart and it crashes. |
