Rapidly becoming a must have on any Windows system. I used to be able to get by with a few settings tweaks, but system advertisements are getting out of hand.

ChromeHistoryView v1.30 realeased 14-MAR-2017

Changelog: Version 1.30
"Added new columns: 'Transition Type' and 'Transition Qualifiers'."
"You can read about the meaning of these fields here and here."

Since the Readme.txt file "here and here" pointers lead to...never-never land,
(and the equivalent *.chm help file entry generates some obscure error message)
the following real pointers might perhaps be more helpful in clarifying the added fields gist :

Transition Types explained:
https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/history

Transition Qualifiers explained:
https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/webNavigation

(Thanks @billon who obligingly provided alternative pointers in the What's new entry...;-)

@1C3M4N: Link seems to work fine now ;)

zorro on 2020-03-15 15:13

BleachBit seems to leave traces in the last version (3.2) - after first run I found the folder ".dbus-keyrings" in the root of C:\USERS\user\
Would be interesting to put this folder to the user defined cleaners - Bleachbit then would clean up itsself...

DzejPy on 2023-12-05 05:55

Bleachbit portable downloaded using the link (from the home page) does not contain the msvcr100.dll file - without it the program cannot be run.
The author describes a bug "msvcr100.dll was not found", but for the installation, not for the portable version (https://www.bleachbit.org/news/bleachbit-460#known_issues).
Older versions located on SourceForge contain this file - you can copy it from there.

Version 4.5.2 available.

smaragdus on 2015-09-05 03:36

I needed to connect to an onion site and downloaded the latest version (5.0.2) but Australis makes Tor Browser absolutely terrible and unusable- I do not want to install heaps of add-ons just to restore features the Mozilla idiots removed. I had an earlier version of Tor Browser (3.6.0- before the advent of the abominable Australis) but the perpetual blinking of the Tor button urging for update is unbearable and cannot be disabled. It can be removed from the tool-bar but this way one cannot acquire new identities.

rbon on 2018-09-22 16:46

Starting from version 8.0 Tor project builds both version of TorBrowser: 32 bit and 64 bit.
- TorBrowser page: https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html
- TorBrowser repository: https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/8.0.1/
So You can add on description the link for download 64 bit version 'torbrowser-install-win64-8.0.1_en-US.exe'
