DBC Task Manager provides a tabbed interface for usage statistics and system management. Views can be customized, minimized, and tweaked to user needs. The program shows a histogram of CPU, memory, disk, and network activity, as well as an interface for services and startup programs.
The program is similar to Windows 8 task manager, but can run on Windows 7. A 64-bit version is available (within the folder).

Nice find! I've always liked the Windows 8 task manager.
Will add it to a Windows 7 box that I still use.
