The {app} folder contains TWO exe files: TakeOwnershipPro,1.exe and TakeOwnershipPro,2.exe - seems like the 'How to extract' section needs rewriting...

TakeOwnershipPro worked for me, but only for the folder/file you pass as an argument to the application, but it does not apply the change of privilege to sub-folders and individual files inside the folder.
