Q-Dir is a quad-pane file explorer that supports favorites, file/color filtering, export to XLS/CSV/TXT/HTML, screen magnifier, quick preview etc.
Alternately, Q-Dir Portable at PortableApps.com automatically switches between 32/64-bit and is approved by the publisher.

Audacity is a multi-track sound recorder and editor with support for most audio formats and sophisticated effects such as noise removal and studio reverb. Users can record live audio, compress or convert file types, as well as cut, copy, splice or mix sounds together.
Cross platform with clients available for Mac and Linux.

Defraggler improves drive performance by organizing data at a file system level. Since files over time spread out over a drive, occasional "defragmentation" can help reduce drive seek time. Uniquely, Defraggler can function at a file or folder-level to help clean up specific areas, or the whole disk. The program will also list fragmented files and their locations.
The package includes both 32-bit and a 64-bit versions, as well as a command line program. This tool is not recommended for SSD drives or other flash-based media.

Linked Notes is a Wiki-style notepad for your desktop computer. It provides a simple way to organize your notes and keep them private. Notes are arranged into pages easily navigated with an index and a tool bar facilitates navigation and formatting. As with many Wikis, pages are linked by name automatically when page names are entered and hyperlinks entered automatically become browser shortcuts.
