If you click on the link it will take you there. The link that is shown in the status bar is just the redirection page.

This program worked first time (Windows 7 64bit). A small sized application, compared to some of the others on Portable Freeware, I found that it has the essential functions that are required to find and download videos.
Choice of available download quality.
User can set (try right click on the download directory shown in blue).
Quick download of videos in the queued list.

__philippe on 2019-01-11 13:01

YoutubePal v3.4 (released SEP-2016) is broken for recent Youtube videos.

Attempts to download recent videos invariably fails with error message
"Could not parse the Youtube page for URL
- May be due to change of Youtube page structure"

YTP's Author Ravi Bhvnani is aware of the issue, which should be rectified
in next release, tentatively scheduled for February.

aazard on 2020-11-11 18:11

Never repaired, If anyone is aware of a fix, please post.
Nothing else was this small and current, sadly

I forgot to mention that heuristic detection only indicates that something MIGHT be amiss, not that there IS something wrong.

Connect to (other) computer would be handy.... :)
Still useful though.

It will Connect to other computer

The link to Nir's site above explains three methods:

'Connecting a remote computer in your network'
'Reading External .evt files'
and a further blog post
'How to connect a remote Windows 7/Vista/XP computer with ...'

Nir's software is always handy :)
