TEncoder is a multi-threaded video and audio converter that can convert almost every video and audio type to another. Subtitles with same name as the video can be hard-coded into video. Up to 8 simultaneous encoders can be run to decrease encoding time. Select between multiple audio and subtitle tracks or extract video / audio content. Edit subtitle and audio delays and part of video that will be encoded as well as effects like deinterlacing.
Output video codecs include: Mpeg1, Mpeg2, Xvid, Mpeg4, H264, FLV, WMV, VP8; audio codecs: MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG Vorbis, AC3, MP2. Built using many different open source tools including MEncoder, MPlayer and FFMpeg.
Alternatively, X-TEncoder is also available.
