Dup Detector finds duplicate or near-duplicate images by comparing image pixel data. As large image collections can over time pull in duplicates with different file sizes and different names, this program helps track those down and save disk space.

| Writes settings to: | Windows registry. It was a tough call, but I finally decided to accepted it as portable because it is probably not something that you will run that regularly. And when you run the program on a different machine, a few parameters will need to be adjusted anyway. |

Link no longer works! Sad because this is exactly the type of program i was looking for.
This software is old.
I did not manage to make it work under Windows 10.
