smaragdus: Thanks for the info but I think this topic is better served in the forums. Could you move it from here and over at the SunlitGreen Photo Editor entry?

I restored my win7 X64 computer to out-of-box state (pre sp1) and it still would not open the 64 bit xnconvert, so I'm guessing it needs the visual c++

Magibon on 2011-06-25 08:12

@ Zeke the Frog

Nope.. i installed Visual C++ on my system for Rainmeter.
still does not work for me.

i also tried adding the dependencies with no success.

Can't figure it out.
I just use the x32bit version.

PhotoFilmStrip version 2.1.0-487 has been available since 2014.10.29 according to this project page at SourceForge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/photostoryx/files/photofilmstrip/2.1.0/

I don't know why the program's homepage doesn't list it as the latest version. It could be any oversight on the part of the developers.

webfork on 2015-05-31 00:35

Thanks Joe. Retested and really like this. Just a brief few minutes with the program showed some really nice visual transitions, bringing a lot of old photos to life.

You're welcome webfork. And oh, I forgot to mention that it works on my Win 8.1 x64 too.

I thought my similar image analysis program of choice was more than adequate but this program is remarkably good. The program works really fast on a TON of images and the change detection is very useful.

@webfork

Appreciate your tightening of Antidupl.NET functional capabilities description, particularly in reference
