[Anonymous] AlephXREAD THIS: even if not written on the site, the file you can download from Snapfiles.com is released as 3.1 (it has the same size of the previous 3.0) [2007-03-01 00:54]

[Anonymous] GeoTrailHave you tried comparing it's MD5 hash values? [2007-03-01 07:35]

[Anonymous] RandomnameFor some reason, it shut down my computer, i dont know if it was an accident by me, but i ran the program, and walked off, came back a few minutes later and "windows is shutting down" screen was up. odd.. [2007-07-12 22:36]

[Anonymous] FungusNice simple program. Fast and easy. I would have liked to have seen file details beside each, but that's ok. I just needed it for a quick cleanup anyways. [2008-11-17 07:21]

[Anonymous] OhHenreeI haven't seen the results yet, it has been running since yesterday. The first time I ran it I accidentally hit the close dialog 'X' in the upper right hand corner. Damn. It would have been nice if the program had a "do you really?" question. It would also be nice to see a pause option or save and continue later option. This is only a 2/3rd's full 300G drive so I don't understand the 24 hour analysis time. You can't view the results as they are created you must wait until the entire results are in. Hope I live long enough. [2009-09-25 18:20]

[User] webforkI tried to get rid of this program in favor of more advanced duplicate finders but found I missed its simplicity and ease of use. [2010-06-01 22:16]

For more general topics (eg. whether apps that write to the registry, leave traces on the host machine, rely on certain versions of IE etc. can be considered portable), please post to the Portable Freeware Discussion forum. If your virus scanner has detected a virus in the application, please email the author directly or post to the forum. Note that false positives (i.e. flagging a virus when there is actually none) are extremely common for virus scanners. When in doubt, try an online scanner like Online Malware Scanner or VirusTotal, which scans files using multiple anti-virus engines. It is very likely to be a false positive if only a few engines raise the red flag.
