Apparently UniExtract got into an infinite loop when I tried to extract the installer. I have edited the instructions a bit.

For v2.5.0: I don't think civclient.exe is present anymore and it should now be freeciv-gtk2.cmd or freeciv-gtk2.exe which would start the game. |

I don't know how to play chess, and thought this game would help me learn because it said its "more suited for beginners". I even selected "Novice" in the game choice, and each game went so fast, I was Checkmated before I knew what hit me. I'm sure this is not a game for beginners like me with no knowledge of the game, but its misleading to say its "more suited for beginners". It should say for beginners with some knowledge of the game. |

If you're a perfectionist, this game has one fatal flaw: The ships are not the same as in the original game. The biggest ship in this game is 4 squares long, not 5.

No help files, no ability to turn ships around to face various ways, and as you can see from the screenshot, the game looks very busy with all sorts of yellow flags, life preservers, ships etc....its not appealing to the eye, nor is it fun playing. |

Bricks2000 is a tetris clone. Throughout the game, various types of "bricks" fall from the top to the bottom of the playing area. When the bricks form a solid row of blocks across the playing area, that row vanishes.

I have this game, and.. it's remarkably bad for a tetris clone. It crashes on occasion, and if your keyboard timing is just right (or wrong) weird glitches happen.

I agree with Erik. On Windows Vista Home Premium this did not run well. Kept crashing and generally misbehavin'. |
