7-Zip Theme Manager allows you to change the toolbar and file-type icons of the archive manager 7-Zip. Includes 90 toolbar and 22 file-type themes.
Instructions are available to modify 7-zip Portable (thanks SYSTEM).

I ran this and it triggered SNORT alert: BLACKLIST USER-AGENT known malicious user-agent string AutoIt (18347)

This is known as a false positive, so I wouldn't be concerned as AutoIt has this problem of being flagged. Its a pity really :(

Please note there is a newer v2.1 that uses Anolis Resourcer, which requires .NET (v2.0 does not) and is not stealth.
