AppAdmin is a manager for Windows applications restrictions to prevent access to casual users or small children. Merely renaming or moving the file cannot circumvent the block. Although some applications will be immediately disabled once added, clicking "restart explorer" is necessary to enable some software restrictions.
Supports drag-and-drop of applications and, as the program modifies Windows settings, it does not need to be running to function.
Note: Later versions have become shareware.

I can't answer that. Personally, I am not using it and lack the motivation to update. Btw, v1.2 seems to have gone shareware.
