Application Path Editor is able to add, edit and delete Application Paths in a quick and safe way, so you can decide what commands Windows will recognize and the program they execute. This allows you to put fewer shortcuts on your desktop and run commands from the Run dialog.
Windows 7 users should use Windows Key + R.
