Refreshingly small: under 2 megs for the 32-bit version

Topic update: Notesman v1.3.1 released 2021-10-01 (changes and downloads at https://github.com/OnlyDeLtA/NotesMan/releases).

Page also at https://git.chanpinqingbaoju.com/OnlyDeLtA/NotesMan.

FYI, notes are saved by default in a filesystem database of folders (for notes groups), 'Index.txt' files (for group list and groups indexes) and numbered files with no extension (for individual notes). The latter are simple plain text files, i.e., they remain easily viewable/editable outside of Notesman.
