Please suggest 64 bit alternatives of PowerMenu & Starter

I love using PowerMenu & Starter but they dont support 64 bit now i am
looking for alternatives of these two which can support 64 bit, please
suggest 64 bit alternatives of PowerMenu & Starter.

thank you for suggestion i have already tried those two, but i am looking for applications which can as much similar possible to the PowerMenu and Starter.

Regarding the second program (Starter), the only 64 bit alternative I can recommend from the top of my head is the DotNET (v3.5) dependent Startup Delayer Standard (BTW, the old v2.x is also free, almost portable and doesn't require DotNET, but, alas, 32-bit only). Another very similar program, also DotNET (v3.5) dependent but claiming portability (untested!), is My Startup Delayer: http://www.myportablesoftware.com/mystartupdelayer.aspx.

Not mentioned in the topic referrenced above, but well worth a look, is Argente Startup Manager, which claims both portability and 64 bit support (untested!):
