GifCam

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Of course I do not mind, thank you for taking your time to mirror the file, a file locker can go offline at any time so the more alternative links available the better.

There`s a new version of GifCam out. v5.5

This now has the option of saving the settings to the gifCam folder in an .ini file. :)
