So I think this is just a front-end without any needed files. Should we add a note about downloading the mkvtoolnix 7zip file and pointing the program to it?

Yes, but if those tools are necessary to its functioning, I'd like them included in the How to Extract section (like we have with ExifInfoGUI). The reason is that many programs that self-identify as front-ends include the programs they work on (like PDFTK Builder) and users might get stuck where I was last night with no Internet connection to download the other necessary files.

Excellent, thanks. Tested and yeah those files are definitely required. Updating entry.

Update 2:

If anyone knows how to make the INI file work relative to the MKVcleaver directory, please let me know and we'll modify that.
