• How to extract: Download the ZIP package (with or without OpenSSL DLLs) and extract to a folder of your choice. Then create an empty file called OB1.INI in that folder, otherwise the application will write to C:\WINDOWS\OB1.INI by default. Launch the program by double-clicking on OB1.exe.
