Ghost-It! is a program that runs in the system tray, and lets you turn windows into "ghost" windows. Ghost windows are translucent and will always appear on top of other windows, even when it loses the input focus.

Fixed. We were linking directly to the download, but the archive.org site requires that you download from their page, not ours. Download link just switched to the download page.
