FaxTool is a simple utility for splitting and merging TIFF and PDF files. The program uses a drag and drop interface and automatically merges multiple files and splits single files.

been using it for a very long time to keep with my ocasional basic need of joining/splitting PDFs and so far so good. SepPDF sometimes gets me corrupted splitted PDFs. If I need to remove page(s) from a few-paged PDF, just split, delete and rejoin, quick and dirty.
