Rufus - Reliable USB Formatting Utility (with Source), is a small and fast utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/pendrives, memory sticks, etc. The program is useful for creating USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, etc.), working on a system without an OS, flashing BIOS or other firmware from DOS, or you want to run a low-level utility. Functional on 64-bit systems.
Alternatively, Rufus Portable is also available.

Had some odd issues with Lili USB Creator (for some reason couldn't format a drive) that this program seemed to overcome. Good program.
