about PF Update

Hi. I have a simple question: why an app that has been updated is not displayed on the main page, ( and it is in database: f.e. Q-Dir 4.54 08/05 )? Is it a bug or the result of direct update to database? Thanks.

No updates are unwelcome or bad. Its purely an internal system to avoid overemphasis on a program that's updated frequently.
