Win Split Revolution Hotkeys no longer function

I have been using Win Split Revolution for a few years with complete success. Suddenly, the hotkeys (ctl+alt +number(s)) no longer function. The virtual pad still does. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reformatting hotkeys with no success. Anyone have similar problems. Thanks.

I've had problems with other programs interfering with WinSplits' on a Dell machine. Have you installed anything or changed any system configs recently? Even just turning on a previously unused program or system tool can disable WinSplit.
