Snes9x - a portable Snes emulator

It's the only remaining still developed SNES (aka Super Nintendo) emulator out there and it's great in what it does.
Their official homepage https://www.snes9x.com was abandoned years ago, but their real homepage nowadays is their repository https://github.com/snes9xgit/snes9x which just had its last official version in March this year.
It's an open source freeware (the binary is not for commercial usage) and it's a Stealth, so I think it's deserved to be included just like other emulators.
