Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

This is complete BS, I searched across the Website lavistalab.com for vi-system and vi-system.com... NADA.

I did something similar with the same results. I'm not sure how to proceed given that probably the majority of our users are either Firefox or Chrome users and are going to see this warning.
