3.0.9 is still offering to install the Bing toolbar even if picpick.ini is added and saveappdata.ini is deleted. Anyone know a way around this or should I update the description?

Edit: I don't get that when I test on Windows 7 x64.

I just tested properly this time and I'm not replicating the issue either.
