Netdiver: Help - Can't make this run portable
The app writes entries to the registry - cannot locate any config options to write to the app folder. Also, could not find info on the website.
If there is a way, please post.
Thanks,
Nick

RE: Help - Can't make this run portable
If you run Freeraser.exe from removable media it writes (and reads) all settings to INI file in same folder.
Works just fine for me....
Check if your portable device recognized as "removable" by Windaz. If it is "fixed" app will use registry for settings
Update: there is native Portable version. May be downloaded here: http://www.codyssey.com/downloads/sw/fr ... _Setup.exe
or ZIP archive: http://www.codyssey.com/downloads/sw/fr ... eraser.zip
Links in post fixed as well...

Re: Freeraser - secure deletion
Old thread update: Site offline, here's the softpedia link: https://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/ ... aser.shtml ... no sign of the ZIP version.
