I found this app here:

and i'd like to ask whether its portable or not.

Welcome and thanks for posting about AWC5. Unfortunately, it's not portable. It writes settings to the registry at:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Advanced World Clock 5
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\By Ehsan Azizi\Awc5\V5.0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\By Ehsan Azizi\Awc5

Óóóó how pity. I'm glad that i asked this from you . I found it on a PC-site which i read regularly but i know that not only software experts are hired by these companies (btw i dont understand why they dare to write articles about new softwares if they havent checked things first ),so i came to you.
