An impressive and open file manager with some nice usability, features, and tools.
Steps:
1. Download installer
2. Open inside 7zip
3. Copy files in $PLUGINSDIR to a folder of your choice
4. Extract the contents of app-64.zip to that same folder and then delete
5. Launch Sigma file manager.exe
Status: Not portable. Writes to C:\Users\USERNAME\.sigma-file-manager\

Looks like a nice file manager, but when I read the requirements and the memory usage, this shuns me away from trying it:
webfork, can you list your memory usage for Sigma and the storage size?Requirements:
Memory (RAM): minimum: ~100 MB, average: ~400 MB;
Storage: minimum: ~370 MB;
OS: 64-bit: Windows, Linux;
is it stealth?

RAM: It's about 190 megs across 5 processes.
Disk space: 419 MB
