A short example how to run dxirc in portable mode:dxirc from version 0.10.3 has startup option -l [FILE] for location
config file.
So you can write in desktop shotcut for example:
D:\dejf\dxirc\dxirc-qt.exe -l D:\dejf\dxirc\dxirc-qt.ini

That's because of the tool-kits used:A significant upfront difference between the two portable dxirc packages offered: the "Fox build" is 8MB, the "Qt build" is almost 26MB...
