USB Oblivion

USBOblivion utility designed to erase all traces of USB-connected drives and CD-ROMs from the registry in Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7 32/64-bit versions.

Oops, forgot to mention a thing or two:
Requires admin privileges. Creates setupapi.app.log in Windows\INF during run but then removes it.

Nice find. I ran
DriveCleanup and then USB Oblivion and it still removed some entries.

The utility supports the "quiet" mode using command line parameters:
-enable - Operating treatment, or simulation;
-auto - Automatic start (does not affect the mode of treatment);
-nosave - Cancel conservation. reg-file;

I ran both in test mode and then compared the results. I like DriveCleanup's selective cleaning feature and Oblivion's backup feature.
